Terms of Service

Last Updated: April 20, 2026

1. Service Definition

Summary: We provide a technical bridge to public marketing data.

The Service provides automated infrastructure (API and Dashboard) for accessing and organizing publicly available information from the Facebook Ads Library. We do not bypass any private security settings, passwords, or non-public data protections.

2. The Meta Disclaimer (Crucial)

Summary: We are not Meta, and we don't control their updates.

The Service is not affiliated with, authorized, maintained, sponsored, or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries. The User acknowledges that third-party platforms (such as Meta) may update their Terms of Service, technical architecture, or anti-bot protections at any time. Such changes may result in temporary or permanent service interruptions. Adlens (The Provider) is not liable for service degradation caused by third-party platform updates.

3. User Responsibility & Fair Use

Summary: Use this for marketing research, not for being a creep.

By using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Scrape or collect personal data of private individuals.
  • Use the data for political manipulation, discriminatory profiling, or illegal surveillance.
  • Violate the intellectual property rights (copyrights) of the original ad creators.

The Provider acts as a neutral infrastructure provider; the User is solely responsible for the legality of their data processing activities.

4. Media Storage & S3 Integration

Summary: Your S3, your responsibility.

If you utilize the automated S3/R2 upload feature, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Access Keys and Secret Keys. The Provider does not store these keys in a way that allows us to access your private storage beyond the necessary automated upload process.

5. Limitation of Liability

Summary: Our liability is capped.

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of ad accounts or business profits) arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined at the location of the Provider (Prague, Czechia) in accordance with European Union law.
