Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: April 20, 2026

1. The 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Summary: New users have two weeks to test the tech.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If our API does not meet your technical requirements or perform as described, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided that:

  • Your usage hasn't exceeded 10% of the allocated credits in your plan.
  • You have not previously requested a refund for the same service.

2. Service Availability & "Meta" Updates

Summary: We compensate for major technical outages.

As our service depends on third-party infrastructure (Meta Platforms, Inc.), technical shifts can occur.

Minor Outages: For disruptions lasting less than 24 hours, no refunds are issued, as these are considered part of the normal maintenance cycle in web scraping.

Major Outages: If the Service becomes non-functional due to Meta’s technical updates for more than 48 consecutive hours, we will, at your choice:

  • Pro-rata refund the downtime period.
  • Add bonus credits/days to your subscription as compensation.

3. Usage-Based Refunds (Credits)

Summary: Used credits are generally non-refundable.

Once the 14-day guarantee period has passed, refunds are generally not provided for "change of mind" or because a specific marketing campaign did not perform as expected. Credits consumed for successful API requests are considered a delivered service and are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation of Subscription

Summary: Cancel anytime, keep what you paid for.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Dashboard settings.

  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service and any remaining credits until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

5. Automated S3/Technical Failures

Summary: We don't refund for your infrastructure issues.

We are not responsible for, and cannot issue refunds based on, failures caused by the User's third-party infrastructure (e.g., incorrectly configured S3 buckets, expired Cloudflare R2 tokens, or server-side blocks on the User's end). We highly recommend testing your S3 integration using our "Test Connection" tool before starting large-scale tasks.

6. Refund Process

Summary: How to get your money back.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@adspyre.io with your account email and Task ID (if applicable). We process all legitimate refund requests within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

7. Abuse of Policy

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect fraudulent activity, account sharing, or systematic abuse of the 14-day guarantee to scrape large volumes of data for free.
