Privacy Policy

Effective Date: April 20, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how AdSpyre (the Provider) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our Service. We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum amount of data necessary to provide and secure our Service:

  • Account Info: Email address and name provided during registration.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and operating system (collected for fraud prevention and security logging).
  • Payment Data: We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
  • API Config: If provided, we store your S3/R2 access credentials in an encrypted format to facilitate automated data uploads.

3. "Scraped Data" vs. Personal Data

Our Role: We act as a Data Processor regarding the information you collect from the Facebook Ads Library.

The Nature of Data: The Service is designed to extract publicly available marketing information. We do not knowingly target or collect private personal data.

Ownership: You, the User, are the Data Controller of the results generated by your tasks. We do not use, sell, or share the data you scrape for our own commercial purposes.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Process transactions and send related information (invoices, receipts).
  • Protect against unauthorized access, fraud, and abuse.
  • Communicate technical updates or security alerts.

5. Data Retention

Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active.

Task Logs: Temporary logs of scraping tasks are typically deleted after 30 days to maintain system efficiency.

Right to Erasure: You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time via the Dashboard or by contacting support.

6. Third-Party Services & Sub-processors

We utilize trusted third-party services to operate:

  • Infrastructure: Cloud providers for hosting and storage (e.g., AWS, Hetzner, or Google Cloud).
  • Payments: Stripe or similar PCI-compliant processors.
  • Analytics: Minimal, privacy-focused analytics to monitor site performance.

All sub-processors are vetted for GDPR compliance.

7. Your GDPR Rights

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights:

  • Right of Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to Rectification: Correct any inaccurate information.
  • Right to Object: Object to the processing of your data for specific purposes.
  • Right to Data Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

8. International Data Transfers

While we are based in Prague, Czech Republic (EU), some data processing may occur outside the EEA (e.g., via global CDN providers). We ensure that all such transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other legal safeguards.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the Dashboard.
